Certified Pre-Own FARO ARM promotion and service plan came at the right time for CUSTOMERS to benefit the 3 years Warranty complete care and own a cheaper FARO demo arm Quantum M 2.5m 7 Axis

a) We have understand existing customer own Prime, Fusion and Edge , V6 Laser Line Probe will not be able to buy warranty after 30 June 2025.

b) There is also very old ARM cannot be repair and warranty as Faro have stop making parts for it.

c) We have customer don’t have budget for new ARM.

d) We have repair issue that customer want to upgrade with lower cost.

e) We have customer owned many ARM and want to invest more.
