• Fraudulent emails may use similar-looking domains such as @regionsg.biz or region@gmail.com

2. Do not act on unexpected requests to update account, banking, or beneficiary information without confirming directly with your account manager or our official customer service.

3. Never share sensitive information such as account numbers, login credentials, or verification codes via email or phone.

If you receive any suspicious communication, please:

• Do not reply or click on any links.
• Forward the email immediately to our fraud prevention team at enquiry@regionsg.com.sg
• Contact us directly at +65 62952288 (Singapore) and +603 7803 3307 (Kuala Lumpur) to verify any requests.
